Yarovoy Anatoly Yuryevich
Anatoly Yarovoy is a professional engineer with a Doctor of Science degree. He specialises in the design and development of complex information systems and the automation of business processes. He has 30 years of experience in the IT sector, having worked not only in leading state-owned NGOs and specialised IT companies, but also in the IT departments of large business structures.
Anatoly has been with Petromarket RG since 2014. He has been one of the developers of the "Semafor-A" information and analytical system (designed to store and process data on the rail transportation of goods within Russia) and corporate PIMS/RPMS software for simulating the operation of oil refineries, gas processing plants, and oil and gas chemical plants.
- Various IT companies and the IT departments of several commercial banks (2002-2014)
Anatoly has occupied a number of managerial positions, working as project manager, head of IT (commercial banking) and deputy general director (IT companies). Among his responsibilities during this period were the development, implementation and maintenance of the software and IT systems used both in banks and in some of the largest oil and gas companies in Russia.
- OJSC MTK Sirena (1998-2002)
During this time at MTK Sirena, Anatoly went from senior software engineer to head of the application software department. Anatoly was not only involved in project management and software product design based on TPF, MVS, VM, Windows, and DB2 DBMS, but was also responsible for providing software support for the Sirena-3 air ticketing sales system.
- GNPO Agat (now – OJSC Concern Morinformsystem-Agat) (1991-1997)
Whilst at GNPO Agat, Anatoly rose from his initial post as engineer to deputy head of the department of functional mathematical support. In the latter role, he was engaged in the analysis and optimisation of algorithms for solving combinatorial problems and the development of control systems for special purposes.
- Postgraduate studies at the Agat State Institute of Education and Science (1991–1996)
Anatoly is holder of a Doctor of Science degree awarded for work on computing systems, their mathematical support and the organisation of computational processes.
- Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Faculty of Cybernetics (1985–1991)
Anatoly qualified as a systems engineer specialising in electronic computing machinery.
