Repair Plans for Russian Refineries

All Russian refineries, with the exception of mini-plants.

Atmospheric distillation, hydrocracking, catalytic cracking, thermal cracking / visbreaking, coking, catalytic reforming, fuel hydrotreating, alkylation, isomerisation, gas fractionation, production of oxygenates, bitumen, sulfur and hydrogen.

A weekly status report is published every Thursday containing information about all manufacturing plant repairs and shutdowns, whose commencement and/or termination falls within the current month and the two months following.

Status reports include data on the shutdown of all process units, regardless of cause (scheduled or unscheduled repair, accident, refurbishment, spare capacity, production-related shutdowns, etc.).

Materials produced by the Central Dispatching Administration of the Fuel and Energy Complex are used as source information, together with exclusive data provided by industry sources (primarily “first-hand” information); these are thoroughly checked to ensure correspondence.

The average daily capacity of each and every non-operational process unit is indicated, as is its share of the total capacity of the corresponding refinery process; this allows assessment of the impact of downtime on output.
